Joe Courtney is a digital marketing “OG,” and the Founder of Messenger House, but his journey as a touring musician, songwriter, missionary, pastor, and executive has been anything but “ordinary.”
Yet one common thread runs through each life chapter—he’s a master of mining the stories that matter and of moving an audience toward action.
Joe’s approachable style, deep understanding of ethical marketing, and heart for the local community have made him a trusted ally to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Today, Joe enjoys life on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast with his greatest treasures—his wife of 17 years and their four spirited daughters.

Lonny Dyer is a two-time NRB digital marketing award winner with a distinguished career that includes serving as Senior Director of Marketing at a large global non-profit and Director of Operations at a successful construction company in the Chicagoland area.
He has founded two church plants and led leadership and work culture conferences for multi-million dollar organizations across the Midwest.
As the published author of several national articles, Lonny is known for his expertise in healthy communication, storytelling, and developing vibrant work cultures. This has established him as a trusted and approachable voice in the business community.
Currently residing in the picturesque city of Colorado Springs, Lonny has been happily married to Teresa for 32 years. Together, they have raised two adult children, Lucas and Lily, and share their home with a very fluffy Bichon Frise named Riley.
